I have special interest in any blog that offers free advice for small business owners.
I work with people who have dreams of going into business, those who are making it happen and many who are having trouble keeping the train on the tracks.
One of the most common problems with small business is that, due to either lack of funds for staffing or an unwillingness to relinquish control, owners spread themselves too thin. Worse yet, they take on responsibilities further and further from their core competency. Business owners who are successful, regardless of company size, tend to focus on the part of the business they know - namely the product or service - and hire people who are well versed in other areas of the specialty.
Given that this is the day after Christmas, of course, the Bah Humbug! post attracted my attention.
