You might enjoy this recipe; sorry I never deal with details such as "cup" or "tablespoon". In any case, the ingredient list is as follows:
Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 Jonagold apple, sliced fine
Walnuts
Dark Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Half & Half
For those of you who indulge, a gram of hash works quite well.
