Put An Eye On It

Surgery. It's a frightening word. Qualifying it with "routine" makes little difference.

When it comes to eyes things ramp up to the next level. There was a time when Lasik surgery was thought to be a sort of miracle procedure. Then, as would be expected, reports began to arise of people experiencing problems with the procedure.

The latest news is that Lasik surgery is being done more successfully than ever before. That according to the Council for Refractive Surgery Quality Assurance, a nonprofit patient advocacy that evaluates patient outcomes and certifies Lasik doctors.
