TheSpecialOne and I did something a bit different for dinner tonight; we went for a picnic.
It was nothing fancy. I whipped up some chicken salad for sandwiches, love that on croissants, made sour cream and dill potato salad and baked homemade chocolate chunk and macadamia nut cookies.
Seeing as she has been going out with my camera now and then I thought I'd return the favor and dip into her recipe box.
The sunset was perfect to close out a fun filled day. I only had a chance to get one photograph though.
It wasn't long after the sun dipped below the horizon that I was ravaging TheSpecialOne.
