Yes, I must admit, when I saw this Pay Per Post ad listing for Residential Alarm Systems, it made me laugh at myself.

I set the alarm off when I was going to a client meeting last week. I was returning emails longer than I should have...right up to that point that if everything went perfectly I would be on time. Or, a few mintues late.

Everything didn't go perfectly.

I left the house without the garage door opener. Then I saw a dog run through the front yard. So I went to look for it and it was gone. I went back into the house just after the alarm had become armed. All hell broke loose!! Before that, I never heard the alarm go off.

Don't you love when you're watching a tv program and you know they're never going to finish the story in the time remaining for that week's episode?
