Eat Carbs Before Home Shopping...And Other Great Tips

I'm pleased to write this Pay Per Post spot for www.MortgageLowdown.com; it comes at a perfect time.

I know three people who are considering options in terms of relocation. And another who is exploring options to move locally. Only one of them has any experience buying a home.

That's what led me to write a review of MortgageLowdown.com's article on mortgage tips.

The way the article is structured really makes it user friendly. Categories include: Your Plan of Action, The Real Estate Agent, House Hunting - The Fun Part, Credit Report Do's and Don'ts, The Offer Game, Inside The House, Time To Close and The Parting Shot.

Without question, my favorite tip is number 23, What Should I Eat?!

Since people prefer to cover as many homes as possible when they set out to see the homes, it is important to remember that your diet plays a role in memory retention. And if you want to remember details that will help your final decision, eat wisely before you set out house hunting. Weintraub says, “Studies show that the your memory dramatically improves after consumption of carbs and slows upon consuming sugar. So, layoff the soft drinks and have a hearty meal of carbs before venturing out to tour homes.
